La Locanda del Postino is an old farmhouse, renovated and turned into a small 4-star hotel. It is located in the island of Salina, in an area called “Pollara”, within the biggest and oldest crater of the Aeolian archipelago. The property has 10 rooms, decorated with country style furniture; they feature minibar, air conditioning, TV and balconies or large outdoor patio with sea view, beach chairs and hammock. The buffet breakfast includes jams and homemade cakes. In addition, the hotel has a large dining room, where traditional dishes prepared with local ingredients are served.
